Rodney Dean Neff

Rodney Dean Neff, 83, of Duluth, MN passed away October 10, 2023, at St. Luke’s Hospital.

Rodney was born on May 10, 1940, to William and Olive (Wheatley) Neff in Duluth. He grew up in Duluth heights and attended Lowell Elementary School. He graduated from Old Duluth Central and after school became a graphic artist. Rodney eventually started his own company, Graph Mark in Superior where he retired.

Rodney was preceded in death by his brother, Brian J. Neff.

Rodney is survived by his wife of 61 years, Genevieve (Mroz) Neff of Duluth; children, Kathleen (Frank Garcia) Neff of Duluth, and Scott (Lori Wagner) Neff of Minneapolis; grandchild, Kristofferson Neff; and numerous nieces.

Visitation to be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 21st at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Highway, with Memorial Service to follow at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Chum Food Shelf in Duluth.
