Patricia Jean Readel

Patricia “Pat” Jean Readel, 79, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 13, 2021. Pat was born in Minneapolis, MN on December 10, 1942.

Pat loved Jesus Christ most of all and was a prayer warrior. She was a faithful volunteer, even serving in the Israeli army. She was a huge supporter of homeschooling. She was a friend to many. She lived well and loved well.

Pat is survived by her husband, Gene Readel; children, Denise (Allen) Doerksen, Dawn (Eric) Maxwell, Craig Readel, Jeanne (Hector) Born, Julie (Charlie) Jones and Jodi (Ken) Mueller; grandchildren, Nicholas (Kelly) Doerksen, Patrick Doerksen, Thomas Doerksen, Erick Maxwell, Krista (Mark) Stadler, Rachel (Dustin) Shea, Nathan (Alyssa) Readel, Sarah Clochie, Kerie (Randy) Asaias, Hope Born, Ruby Born, Justin (Brittany) Jones, Andrew (Kim)  Jones, Benjamin (Sara) Jones, Hannah Mueller, Abigail Mueller, Colt Mueller and Gideon Mueller; great-grandchildren, Alayah Readel, Lucy Readel, Gabriella Stadler, Gunnar Stadler, Haydn Buck, Alison Jones, Madison Jones, Uriah Jones, Piper Jones, Adam Shea, Declan Shea, Axel Shea, Conor Shea and Gemma Shea; and siblings, Richard Pranke and Mary Pranke Ramos. 

Visitation to be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, December 29th at Floodwood New Life Community Church, 11698 Highway 8, Floodwood, MN 55736 with Funeral Service at 2:30 PM. Graveside and interment at Fine Lakes Cemetery and then return to Floodwood New Life Community Church for a reception.
