Mark William Kromschroeder, 76, of Duluth, passed away at home with his family on Oct. 22, 2020.
Mark was born on May 6, 1944 to William & Irene Kromschroeder in Duluth. After high school, Mark joined the Navy and did his tour on the USS Forrestal. After returning from the Navy, Mark married the love of his life, Julie. He had full range of careers early on including barber, semi-truck driver, and then a CNA for St. Louis County for over 20 years. Mark loved to spend time repairing antiques, and enjoying a drink with friends. His biggest joy was his granddaughters.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Thomas.
Mark is survived by his wife, Julie; son, Timothy Kromschroeder of Duluth; daughter, Kerry (David) Koski of Wrenshall; granddaughters, Cristine Anderson of Colorado Springs CO, and Cheryl (Tom) Parsons of Montrose CO; and great-granddaughters, Emma, Ellie, Lillian, and Eva.
Military Honors and Committal service will be held at 3pm on Friday, November 6th at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, 4777 US-53, Saginaw, MN.
