Janice "Tiny" Duncan Bustamante passed away June 28, 2016 in Leesburg, Florida. She was born in Staples, Minnesota, to Marion and Bertha Dezell. She attended Morgan Park High School where she sang in a quartet and in the church choir. She graduated in June of 1955 and then married Ronald Duncan in July of 1955. Together they raised five children: Lorri (Ken) Hauprich, Paul (Diane) Duncan, Ronda (Fred) Crandall, Steven Duncan, and Bonnie (Tom) May. Until Ron's death in 1988. Jan and her sister, Betty Johnson, owned and operated a small shop "Slipstitch". She was a very talented knitter and crocheter and made many beautiful afghan's, baby sweaters, and so much more. She worked at Walgreens for many years until her retirement in 1990. She spent many years wintering in Mission, Texas, and she met her second husband, Ariel Bustamante, there. They moved to Fort Gibson, OK, until the final move to Bushnell, FL. In November of 2012 she underwent brain surgery to fix an aneurism that almost took her life, but she was a tough little lady that made it through. Grandchildren who she did not see enough, but loved very much: Jessica, Elizabeth, Ronald, Jason, Kenny, Kellie, Kristian, Christina, and Keanna. Great-grandchildren: Joesph, Raylynn, Claudia, Kendall, Kenneth, Karen, Emma, and Rowan. And her sister Betty Johnson. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; two sisters; the love of her life, Ronald Duncan; and grandson, SRA Kenneth Hayprich Jr.
