Dorothy Jahr age 88, of Duluth passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday July, 17, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospital. She worked for 30 years as a nurse at St. Mary's Medical Center. Dorothy enjoyed square dancing and was very active at Salem Lutheran Church as President of ELCW. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Ruth Lindgren, husband Robert "Bob", brother Raymond Lindgren. Dorothy is survived by sons Bob (Betty), Bill (Vicky), daughters Bonnie Jahr, Becky (Tom) Kubat, 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and many lifelong friends. Funeral Service Wednesday July 20, 2016 at 2 pm with vistitation one hour prior to service. At Salem Lutheran Church 4715 Hermantown Rd Hermantown MN, 55811
