William "Bill" Charles Bell, 93, of Hermantown, passed away on September 24, 2023 peacefully at home.

Bill was born to Lloyd and Lucille Bell in McMurry, PA on January 17, 1930. He graduated from Peters Township High School in 1948. Bill served approximately 2 years in the Marine Corps during the Korean War. He spent the last 37 years of his career working in the grocery business as a Produce Worker then Manager, mostly for National Foods and then retired from Plaza IGA in 1992.

Bill was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Lois R. Bell.

Bill is survived by his children, Rhonda (Tim) Lillie-Murry, Rodney Bell and David Bell; grandchildren, Ryan and Renee; and great-grandchildren, Joey, Kaylee, Brielle and Brett.

Visitation to be held at Noon on Thursday, September 28th at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy, with Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 PM. Entombment at Sunrise Memorial Park Cemetery with his wife, Lois.
