Tel P. LaTour, 77, of Duluth, died Sunday December 1, 2013.  He was born in Duluth on March 17, 1936 to Tel and Bernice LaTour.  Tel had worked at Diamond Tool.  He was a member of the Army National Guard.  Tel loved fishing, golfing, walks in the woods, and rummage saleing. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Dean. He is survived by his wife Colleen, daughter Sue (Kevin) Buffenbarger, son Dan (Renee Bergren) LaTour, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and brothers Wayne (Barb) and Gary (Mary) Latour. A celebration of Life will be held on Saturday December 7, 2013 at 2PM at 2232 W.
