Shirley Eileen Goodrich, 88, of Duluth, MN passed away peacefully on November 9, 2025.

She was born June 23, 1937 and graduated from Denfeld High School in 1955. After high school, she worked various jobs and owned The Peddlers Shop for many years. Outside of working, she enjoyed painting, reading, and playing the piano. Shirley married Jim on August 4, 2001, where they shared 24 wonderful years together.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Axel & Edith Ekholm; and sister, Carol Archibald.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Jim; children, Wade (Holly), Mindy (Jeff) and Brenda (Rick); along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation to be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, November 17th at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy, with Funeral Service at 11:00 AM and reception to follow. She will be laid to rest at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery – Duluth with family by her side.
