Shelly Ann Minotte, 62, of Duluth, went on to her heavenly reward surrounded by her loved ones on August 31, 2021.

Shelly was born in Duluth, MN on October 5, 1958. She graduated from Central High School class of 1976. She went on to work for the State of Minnesota in the Unemployment and DMV offices, until she was unable to work due to vision loss.

Shelly loved being with her family and church family. She brought joy and laughter into the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She always had a smile despite her circumstances and put her trust in Jesus, who is always faithful.

Shelly was preceded in death by her husband, David Minotte; and her mother, Doris Chalman.

Shelly is survived by her daughter, Kristina Minotte; father, Orval Chalman; sister, Kim (John) Remington; special nephews and nieces; and wonderful church family.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the wonderful staff who took care of Shelly at Heritage Haven.

Visitation to be held from 4 PM to 6 PM on Tuesday, September 7th at the Apostolic Gospel Church, 3882 Haines Rd, with funeral service to follow at 6 PM. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Park Cemetery with her husband, David.
