IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Sharon "Mulley"
(Dalton) Swenson
May 3, 1950 – March 19, 2025
Sharon "Mulley" Swenson, age 74, of Saginaw, MN, will be deeply missed after her passing on March 19, 2025, at home, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on May 3, 1950, in Duluth to John Sr. and Shirley Dalton, Sharon was a radiant spirit who brought joy to all who knew her. She graduated from Proctor High School in 1968 and went on to earn her Associate Degree from LSC and DBU. Over the years, Sharon worked in the banking industry between raising her children.
Sharon was a woman of many passions. Whether camping under the stars, thrilling rides on her four-wheeler or snowmobile, or cheering on her grandkids at their sports events, she embraced life to the fullest. Her artistic talents shone bright in her love of painting and drawing, and her dedication to her beloved horses was unmatched. A spirited competitor, she even ran Grandma's half marathon, reminding us all of her adventurous spirit! Sharon cherished family trips to sunny Florida and vibrant Branson, MO, where laughter and memories were made.
Sharon now joins her parents, John Sr. and Shirley Dalton; her sister, Linda Dalton; and her nephew, Scotty Nelson, in eternal peace.
She leaves behind her devoted husband of 55 years, Dale "Dirty"; her children, Lonni (Dean) Brickson, Lori (Craig) Johnson, Leland (Kristin) Swenson, and special niece, Kathy (Larry) Carlson; grandchildren, Parker, Alex (Hayley), Evan, Tanner (Jadyn), Emma (Connor), Sam, Cooper (Grace), Reed, Grey, Tiegen (Keenan), Mikala (Ryan), and Hannah (Lukas); great-grandchildren, Isla, Jett, Aerie, Broden, Briggs, Callahan, Eleanor, Grayson, and Kinsley; her brother, John Dalton Jr; her feline companions, Miss Kitty and Alvin; as well as countless extended family members and treasured friends.
