Ryan "Willy" Scott Willman, 45, of Hermantown, MN, passed away on December 4, 2025, of natural causes in the comfort of his home.

Ryan was born in Duluth on May 26, 1980, to Vickie and Jay Willman. He graduated from Hermantown High School in 1998 and went on to attend Ely Community College. Ryan was proud of his years managing the kitchen at Old Country Buffet and later excelled as a top salesman at Sears. He loved music and was an avid football fan, especially when it came to cheering on his beloved Vikings.

Ryan is survived by his daughters, Jayden and Riley Willman; parents, Vickie and Jay Willman; brothers, Corey (Julie) and Dustin Willman; nephews, Brady and Grayson; godparents, Scott and Leann Fahlsing; best friend, Joey Hanson; and many extended family members and friends.

Visitation to be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 15th at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy, with Memorial Service to follow at 12:00 PM. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Park in the spring. In honor of Ryan's love for sports, please wear your favorite jersey or sports themed clothing – especially Vikings!

Ryan was known for his "Sunday Funday" tradition and for the joy he found in simple moments with the people he loved. Above all, he was proud to be a father - his daughters were the center of his world. He is now reunited with his loyal dog, Lacy, who was one of his dearest companions.
