Ronald Joseph Johns, 87, was born 9-24-1929 to Dorothy and Joseph Johns in Ironwood, Michagan. He was a miner and later for 20 years a special investigator for the mine safety and health administration (MSHA). Ronald was a huge history buff especially where WWII is involved. He served during WWII from the time he was 16 until he was 19. He is preceded in death by his wife Ruth and daughter Marilyn and is survived by his son Ronald Johns, grandson Allen Johns and granddaughter Roni Edmonds.
