Robert "Bob" Loren Lund Sr., 90, of Duluth, passed away on Monday, November 26, 2018, in his home surrounded by family. Bob was born in Pelican Rapids, MN to Clarence and Edna (Emery) Lund on May 8, 1928. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was very active in his children's lives, being a Scout Master for his sons, and patiently teaching his kids to fish. Bob loved to bowl and participated in many leagues and tournaments. He was a 50 year member of Grace Lutheran Church and was active in Via De Cristo. Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel; brothers, Edward and Thomas; and granddaughter, Hillary. Bob is survived by his children, Bob (Debbie) Jr., Gary (Lynda), John (Bobbi), Mark (Joyce), and Linda Boeselager; 18 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Harold (Jeanette), Pat (Lee) Russell, and Barbara (Craig) Anderson; and many nieces and nephews. Family would like to extend a special thank you to St. Luke's Hospice for their exceptional care of Bob. VISITATION: 1 pm on Friday, November 30th at Grace Lutheran Church, 5454 Miller Trunk Hwy, with memorial service to follow at 2 pm.
