Richard "Dick" Anthony Bosiacki, 83, of Hermantown, passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at Golden Oaks Assisted Living. Richard was born in Duluth to Anton "Tony" and Beatrice (Hawley) Bosiacki on December 19, 1934. He went to high school at Hermantown and graduated in 1954. After high school, he married Patricia Tondryk. Richard worked for Elliot's and Guardian Pest Control until he retired at age 62. Richard enjoyed many outdoor activities, including fishing, hunting, and a wide variety of sports. Richard was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Patricia; and brother, Duane. Richard is survived by his sons, Richard Jr. (Sue), Tim (Dianne) and Kevin (Cassandra); grandchildren, Kelly, Nicole, Amy, Brian, Tyler, McKayla and Morgan; great-grandchildren, Taylor, Denim, Owen and Isaac; sister, Marlene Sorenson; sister-in-law, Phyllis Bosiacki; as well as many nieces and nephews. VISITATION: 10:30 am on Saturday, November 10th at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy, with Celebration of Life to follow at 11:30 am. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at Golden Oaks in Proctor and to the St. Luke's Hospice nurses.
