Raymond Gilbert Ouellette, 81, a lifelong Minnesota resident, passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021.

Ray was born on August 21, 1939 to Gilbert and Mary (Brown) Ouellette in Duluth, MN. He graduated from St. Jean Baptist High School. After completing high school, Ray became a Marine. After his time in the service, he attended Minnesota Technical Institute and received his certification in Industrial Electronics. He was employed by Litton Industries for one year before his employment with the Duluth Air Guard as an Electronics Technician from 1966 until his retirement in 1993.

Ray was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Barbara Ouellette Vedder.

Ray is survived by his wife, Barbara; daughter, Lisa Weller; grandchildren, Alexander Weller, Stephanie Weller, Syler Weller, and Aiden Weller; and great-granddaughter, Luna Weller.

A private memorial service will be held at Sunrise Memorial Park Cemetery.
