Paul Herbert Welshinger of Duluth passed away October 10, 2023 At Bayshore nursing home in Duluth. He was born on October 1, 1947 to Eugene and Edith (Kovsky) Welshinger in Duluth.

Paul graduated from Morgan Park in 1966 and graduated from tech school for electronics. He proudly served his country from 1968 to 1972.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Paul is survived by his sister, Dee (Ron) Harthan; brothers, Keith and Bruce (Lynn); nieces, Tina, Lynette, Patty, and Kelly; nephews, Daniel, Jeremy, and David; and many great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
