Paul David Porter Sr., 74, of Duluth, passed away on June 2, 2020 at his son's residence with his family by his side. He was born in Duluth to Miley and Ella Porter on June 29, 1945. Paul worked various jobs, including towing, salvaging, and selling cars. He loved checkers and cars, and enjoyed watching old western movies and collecting scale model cars. Paul was preceded in death by parents; daughter, Lonna Porter; brothers, Phillip and Miles; and ex-wife, Lola. Paul is survived by sons, Paul (Dava) Jr. and Dale; brothers, Tom, John, and Jim; sisters, Virginia and Edith; girlfriend, Barb; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family. Private family service to be held. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Park Cemetery.
