Patsy Ruth Winters, 83, of Duluth, peacefully passed away surrounded by family on February 13, 2018, in Andover, MN. Born in Corpus Christi, Pat was the daughter of the late Eugene and Nola Laws. Pat met her husband Allan Winters in Corpus Christi, Texas in the early 1950's, and they were married in January of 1953. Prior to Al's passing, they celebrated 59 years of marriage. They returned to Duluth in 1968 where they raised their three children. She worked as a teller at many banks throughout Duluth during her career. She was a proud and active member of the Duluth Gospel Tabernacle. She will be remembered as an incredible hostess, the life of the party, and all who were blessed to have known her will surely miss her vibrancy and humor. Pat was preceded in death by her husband; brothers, Hugh and Curtis; and sisters, Tickie and Imogene. She was loved greatly and will be profoundly missed by daughter, Rebecca (Howard) Hamman, Duluth; sons, Allan Winters, Duluth, and Bradley (Susan) Winters, Coon Rapids, Minn; grandchildren, Luke Hamman, Sarah (Jesse) Brown, Mary Hamman, Crystal (Nick) O'Connell, Amber (Jose) Paniaqua, Jade (Casey) Underdahl, Farrah (Tim) Sanders and Felicia (Dave) Schmitz; and 11 great-grandchildren. VISITATION: 10 a.m. Saturday, March 3rd in the Duluth Gospel Tabernacle Sanctuary, 1515 W. Superior St, Duluth, with funeral service to follow at 11 a.m.
