Michael J. Kenney passed away August 29, 2015.   Michael was born in Detroit, Michigan November 25, 1942. He was a member of the U.S. Navy Seabees 1959-1963. Michael was a great Lakes Merchant Marine for 15 years. He worked for the Duluth City Water and Gas Co. He retired after 19 years of service. Michael liked his motorcycles and especially his Harley Davidsons. He was member of the Duluth Chapter Harley Davidson group. He enjoyed camping and American history. Michael loved his dogs and most recent love was "Cooper" New Foundland breed. He is survived by his wife Dorlene, Stepchildren Tammy, Toni, Thomas and Todd. 5 Grand children, 3 Great Grandchildren. Sisters Sharon (Jim) Anderson, Kathy (Pat) Snidarich. Brothers Jerry and Tim. It will be a private family funeral service on Wednesday Sept 2 at Sunrise Funeral Home.
