Michael S. Canfield, age 67, of North Olmsted, Ohio, passed away on July 17, 2015 in Duluth, Minnesota. He was born on December 24, 1947 in Lakewood, Ohio. He served in Vietnam with the U.S. Army. In 1969, Michael married Kathleen Keating. Together they had one son, Jeremy. Michael was an avid collector of many things and enjoyed spending time with family.   Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Margaret Canfield; in-laws, Robert and June Keating; and brother-in-law, Dennis Keating. Michael is survived by his wife, Kathleen Canfield; son, Jeremy (Elaine) Canfield; grandchildren, Casey, Daniel, Joshua, Aaron and Cedar Canfield; brother, Robert M. (Susan) Canfield; two nephews and one niece. Funeral service will be on Friday, July 24, 2015 at 11:00 AM with visitation half an hour prior at Sunrise Funeral Home in Hermantown, MN.
