Marsha Faye (Johnson) Swanson, 86, of Duluth, MN, passed away on November 12, 2025.

Marsha was born in Duluth, MN to John and Margaret Johnson on December 30, 1938. She graduated from Denfeld. She worked for Board of Trade, Halvor, Glass Block, and Younkers. She enjoyed getting together with friends, sewing, knitting, reading, cake decorating, snowmobiling and camping.

Marsha was reunited with the love of her life, Herman Swanson; parents, John & Margaret Johnson; parents-in-law, Everett & Irene Swanson; and sister, Cheryl Cannon.

Marsha is survived by her children, Colleen (Pete) Cich and Cory (Gina) Swanson; grandchildren, Peter Cich, Justin (Ashley) Cich, Jeri Swanson, Jered (Nicole Weisinger) Swanson, and Jeremy (Clara) Swanson; and great-grandchildren, Addie, Holden, Aizen, Hudson, Sophia, and Ezekiel.

Visitation will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 22nd at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy, Hermantown with Memorial Service to follow at 12:00 PM. Burial will be at later date with family.
