Lucille Dorothy Lowe   Lucille Dorothy Lowe, 90, of Edgewood Vista, Hermantown, passed away Sunday, Aug. 30, 2015. She was born April 26, 1925, in Spooner, MN, to Theodore and Anna Olson. After graduating High School Lucille moved to Detroit, MI, where she met and married Carl Patten in 1944. They had 3 children, Marcia Ann, Michael Allen & Carlton Ted. After Carl's death in 1957 they moved to Baudette, MN. In 1957 Lucille married Vernon Lowe. They had 3 children, Dian Joyce, David Glenn & Daniel Vernon. They moved to the Duluth Air Force Base in 1961 and Proctor in 1965. After 1995 Lucille and Vernon spent most of their time at the cabin on Prairie Lake, Floodwood, MN. Lucille was a very loving wife and mother. She spent her entire life devoted to her family and was very proud of each and every one. Preceding her in death were her parents, infant sister, Muriel Adeline, brother, Norman Roger and one grandchild. Survivors include children, Marcia (Gary) Hagen, Michael (Tricia) Patten, Carl (Elizabeth) Patten, Dian (Luis Berocay) Lowe, Dave (Savina) Lowe, Daniel Lowe and 39 grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchild and step grandchildren. The family would like to thank Essentia Hospice with their assistance in caring for Lucille.
