Linda Ann Gilbertson, 70, of Superior, Wisconsin, passed away on October 23, 2025 at Essentia Health St Mary's Medical Center.

Linda was born in Dubuque, Iowa to Leo and Ann Kringle on September 2, 1955. She pridefully worked in first booth at McDonald's for 24 years. She also loved working in the ticket booth at the Superior race track every year.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents.

Linda is survived by her son, Jeff (Judy) Gilbertson; daughter, Ashley (Sy O'Neill) Nelson; granddaughters, Aaliyah, Amiya and Salem; siblings, Leo (Susan) Rubesh Kringle, Mike Kringle, and Pam (Donnie) Houselog; and her chosen son, Jake Grathwol.

Celebration of life will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, November 16th at The Eagles Bar, 1710 N 12th St, Superior.

She will forever be remembered as "the lady in first booth who always has pretty nails". Her love for her granddaughters will continue to be felt forever and her memory will live on.
