Kevin Robert Ridgley, 59, of Brimson, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2020 at Essentia Health St. Mary's Medical Center, surrounded by his family.

Kevin was born in Duluth and graduated from Denfeld. He served in the U.S. Marines before working as a Fire Chief and EMS in Brimson. He worked many jobs, but most recently at Bernick's in Duluth. He liked working with his hands crafting wood furniture, and loved hunting for agates with his wife, Angie. He enjoyed spending time with his family, and his grandchildren brought him so much joy.

Kevin is survived by his wife of 35 years, Angie; children, Gwendylynne (Corie Gomez) Ridgley of Cloquet, MN and Staff Sgt Neathaniel (Stef) Ridgley of Yuma, AZ; grandchildren, Gaven, Cahmeron & Elliyana Gomez and Alexia, Heidi & Kaitlyn Ridgley; sister, Teresa Luck; niece, Elysha (Chris) Broadbent; parents-in-law, Jerry and Julie Eld; sister-in-law, Brenda (Dale) Eld-Hallfrisch; brother-in-law, Brian Eld; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Celebration of Life will be held on Sat. July 24, 2021 starting at 2pm at the Ridgley residence in Brimson, rain or shine.
