Kenneth Leroy Bourman, 69, of Proctor, passed away unexpectedly on Nov. 10, 2019 in his home. He was born on July 14, 1950 in International Falls. Kenneth graduated in 1969 from Proctor High School. He worked for Minnesota Power for over 41 years. Kenneth was raised as a Master Mason at Trinity Masonic Lodge #282 AF&AM. He was an Eagle Scout and a member of DeMolay. He was also a member of the IBEW Local 31 for 32 years. Kenneth was an avid outdoorsman and was a loyal and dedicated fan of all Minnesota sports teams. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Shirley Bourman. Kenneth was survived by his son, Ben (Michelle) Bourman of Sparta, WI; daughter, Abby (Bryan McDonald) of Eagan; granddaughter, Brandi (Michael) Brown; great-grandchildren, Jayden and Mikhia; sister, Barbara (Roger) Dahlquist; lifelong sweetheart, Barbara Olson of Hermantown; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. VISITATION: 10:30 am on Friday, Nov. 15th at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy, with memorial service to follow at 11 am.
