Kathleen Ann (Miceli) Kennedy, 75, of Duluth, went to her heavenly home on December 29, 2023 at St Luke's Hospital, surrounded by her loved ones.

Kathy was born October, 4, 1948 in Minneapolis to Horace Roy and Marcella (Thill) Miceli. She married Tom Kennedy in 1989 and they lived in Duluth. Kathy was employed by the University of Minnesota for 50 years, starting in Minneapolis and then UMD Campus. She was a devoted member of New Life Lutheran Church of Duluth.

Kathy was preceded in death by her best friend and husband, Tom Kennedy; her parents; Tom's parents, Leo and DeDe Kennedy; brother, Michael (Mary Jo) Miceli; and sister, Marion.

Kathy is survived by her brothers, John Miceli and Mark DuCharme; step-sons, Robert (Sonja) Kennedy and Troy (Theresa) Kennedy; grandchildren, Ambrosia, Alecia, Cerridewn, Odessa, Taven and Soren; although Kathy did not have children, she considered her brother Mike's kids as her own, Jeffery Yager, Kimberly (Ken) Bade and Jennifer (Brian) Weese; and many other family and special friends.

Visitation to be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 27th at New Life Lutheran Church, 4320 Haines Rd, with Memorial Service to follow at 11:00 AM.
