Karren Lucinda (Garthus) Morneau, 78, of Saginaw, Minn, went on her way beyond the bounds of Earth on Monday, February 26, 2018. Karren was born in Wrenshall to Oscar and Leone Garthus on October 9, 1939. She graduated from Wrenshall High School in 1957. She enjoyed gardens, both vegetable and lots of flowers, as well as cooking. Karren was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy; brother, Donald Garthus; and sisters, Doris and Clariece. Karren is survived by her daughters, Marilyn Buhr and Karren McRae; grandchildren, Danny O'Leary, Kaleb McRae, and Brichelle McRae; great-granddaughter, Aundraya Schumann; brothers, Dennis and David Garthus; and many nieces and nephews. A private visitation was held on Thursday, March 1st.
