Joseph Anthony Opack, 73, of Duluth, died Sunday February 24, 2013 in St. Eligius Health Center.  He was born in Duluth on October 29, 1939 to Anna and Michael Opack.  Joe served in the U. S. Air Force, worked for many years in the grocery industry, and at the Heritage Apartments.  He loved the Lord and lived his life accordingly. Joe is survived by a son Norman (ViAnn Rask), granddaughter Shalynn, grandsons Bryce and Cody, brothers Peter, John, and Steve, sisters Catherine, Rose, Ann, Mary, Helen, Lynn, Dolly and Dorothy and many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thanks the staff at Essentia Health St. Mary's, and St Eligius Health Center for their excellent care.
