Jennefer Gwendalyn Dee, 51, of Duluth, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at St. Luke's Hospital. Jennefer was born in Duluth to Alice Dee on November, 20, 1965. She went to high school at Central. She worked as a CNA for Edgewood Vista. Jennefer was the recipient of the best mother award in Duluth 10 years ago, and was involved in Habitat for Humanity. She was always helping friends, family, and whomever she met and knew. Jennefer is survived by her husband, Rudolph Peterson; children, Anthony, Brandon, Nia and Kialyn; grandchildren, Aili, Annabelle, Aaro, Asa, Aeris, Elijah and Ames; siblings, Hartley, Mark, Naomi, Gabriel, Barbara, Sharon, Kathy, Alan, Joey, and John; and mother, Alice. FUNERAL SERVICE: 2pm on Friday, June 23rd at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy, Hermantown. Memorial donations may be made to Rudolph Peterson at the funeral/memorial. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Dr. Gordon and the many doctors, nurses, and medical staff who helped take care of her compassionately at St. Lukes Hospital and her home.
