Jean Ellen Jacobs (Rautio), 78, of Hermantown passed away on January 7, 2026.

Jean was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a devoted caregiver to her husband, Larry, and the entire family. She was a huge Minnesota Vikings Fan, enjoyed watching old westerns, and spending time with her dogs.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to Tom and Julie Rautio and the Fresenius kidney care team, who were a big part of her life and made the last few years possible.

Jean will be missed by all who knew her.
