Jack Thomas Wiggins, 85, of Duluth, passed away on November 1, 2020 in St. Luke's Hospital. He was a lifelong resident of Duluth. Jack was born on September 9, 1935 in Jacobson, MN to Richard and Bridget Wiggins of Duluth.

Jack is survived by his sisters, Janice Rasmussen of Boyceville, WI, and Valerie (George) Herrington of Esko, MN; and nieces and nephews, Shelly, Mick, Julie, and Brad.

The family would like to thank the staff at Aftenro for their excellent, kind, and loving care they gave Jack. Thank you to the staff at St. Luke's hospice.
