Howard William Gregory, 77, of Duluth, MN, formerly of Minnetonka, MN, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2021, in Duluth.

Howard was born on July 29, 1943 to Winnifred (Niccum) Gregory and Henry Gregory. He went to Chaska High School and graduated in 1961. He loved nature, the outdoors, trips to the cabin and the Boundary Waters, and spending time with family.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Winnifred Gregory; and father, Henry Gregory.

He is survived by his two children, Thomas (Dawn) Gregory and Lynn Gregory; grandchildren, Olivia and Annabelle Gregory; and brother, Dale (Roseanne) Gregory.

The family gives special thanks to Chris Jensen Rehab and St. Croix Hospice for their compassionate care in his final months.

Visitation will be held at 1 pm on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy, with Memorial service to follow at 2 pm.
