Helen Margaret Rouleau 1913-2016 Helen Margaret Rouleau passed away peacefully at Bayshore Health Center on Saturday, January 30th at the age of 102. She was preceded in death by her husband William (Bill) Peter Rouleau in 1969. She was born in Grand River South Dakota. She is survived by two sons, Michael Rouleau of Seattle Washington and Bill Rouleau, Duluth Minnesota and 6 Grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
