Gordon A. Davis, 61, of Duluth died Tuesday February 5, 2013 in Essentia Health, St. Mary's Hospital.  He was born in Norway, MI on April 3, 1951 to Lynn and Faith Fink- Davis.  He had worked as a Master Journeyman Drywall Taper and Painter, owning and operating Davis Drywall & Painting.  He was a member of the Painter's Union Local 106, and the Lake Superior Steelhead Association.  Gordy loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, playing and umpiring softball, bowling, and time spent with his family.  His great sense of humor will never be forgotten. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Beverly, children Jeremy, and Angela Davis of Duluth, grandsons Marcus and Dominic, siblings Gary (Deb),  Dean Davis, Sandy Harris, and Curt (Kim) Davis  all of Duluth, and Kevin (Jenny) Davis of St. Cloud, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and nephews.
