Florence Arro, age 100, of Duluth, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 30, 2016. Florence married the love of her life, Urho Arro, in 1935. They lived in Floodwood for many years before moving to Duluth. Florence was a devoted house wife and stay-at-home mother. She loved to garden, tending both flower and vegetable gardens. She also loved sewing and crocheting. She created many lovely pieces, but especially crocheted beautiful bed spreads. She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Urho Arro. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Arro.
