Elizabeth "Betty" Crosbie Hildebrandt, 93, of Hermantown, passed away on April 29, 2024.

Betty was born in Glasgow Scotland to John Mathieson Smith and Alice Payne Smith. As World War II broke out, Betty moved to Edinburgh to live with the Banks family. She married Elver in 1953 and moved to Nebraska, then to France, Georgia, Michigan, Germany and Duluth. She was always very proud of keeping her home looking great.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Elver.

Betty is survived by her son, Keith; daughter, Lynn; 7 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.

Visitation to be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, May 6th at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy, with Funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Park Cemetery with Elver.
