Eleanor Marie Germaine ne'e Lere, 94, residing at 5106 Glenwood St. passed away Monday, November 4, 2013 in St. Luke's Hospital.  Born in Duluth to Fred C. Lere Sr. and Sophie Lere ne'e Dalhen on October 4, 1919.  Eleanor was confirmed on May 13, 1934 at Bethany Lutheran Church and graduated from Denfeld High School in the year 1937.  After high school Eleanor was employed as a secretary by Elliott Meat Packing Co.  In 1940 Eleanor married Arthur G. Germaine Sr. to become a devoted wife and mother. Following the death her of husband she was employed at St. Luke's Hospital, Central Supply, from 1970 until 1981. We celebrate the exemplary life of Eleanor Marie Germaine ne'e Lere with tears of grief and joy thankful of her being with us 94 caring nurturing years.   Be she now free of pain gazing serenely over fields of flowers.  We loved you more than words can say. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband. She is survived by Arthur G. Germaine Jr., Arthur G. Germaine III, and Fred C.
