Donald "Don" Lindeen, 86, of Duluth, left us on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 to be with the Lord. Donald was born July 19, 1932 in Ashland, WI, to Hugo and Mary (Page) Lindeen. He was a proud veteran of the Korean War and enjoyed sharing stories of his 32 years in Active, Reserve, and National Guard service. He enjoyed singing with the Italian Club choir and attended church regularly. You could usually catch him on the golf course in the summers and supporting the Packers in the winter. Donald is survived by his wife of 59 years, Marilyn; children, Debbie (Chuck) Moyer, Susan O'Hare, and Steven Lindeen; six grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be at 11 am on Friday, November 30th at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the MN/ND Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org/mnnd
