Donald Wilson Black Jr., 73, of Crossville, TN, died on Sept. 28, 2021 in the Oakridge Care Facility, in Oakridge TN. He had Diabetes and Alzheimer's. He was retired from the U.S. Navy.

Donald was preceded in death by his mother, Marion J. Black; father and step-mother, Donald W Black Sr. and Selma Black; and brothers, Duane W. Black (Feb. 11, 2011) and Lyle Black (June 30, 2008).

Donald is survived by his sister, Lynn Ludes; brother, Douglas (Sandra) Black; nieces, Susan Ludes and Amy (Scott) King; nephews,  Mark (Annie) Ludes and Daniel Black; great-nieces, Kassie Black and Olivia King; and great-nephew, Dawson Black.

He will be deeply missed but not forgotten. Rest in peace "Bubba".

Visitation to be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy, with Memorial Service to follow at 12:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Alzheimer's Association.
