Deborah Peterson - Best fish fryer in MN.

Deb Stafford Peterson, 70, of Hermantown, MN lost her battle with cancer on Monday, February 22, 2021.

Deb was born in Duluth, MN to William and Violet Stafford on August 28 1950. She was a proud graduate of Hermantown High School. She spent 25 years working for St. Mary's and the Duluth Clinic. Deb was a very active volunteer for the auxiliary of the American Legion, holding various board positions over the years. She also enjoyed traveling to warmer destinations during the winter months with her husband, best friend and soulmate, Jerry.

Deb was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Barb.

Deb is survived by her husband, Jerry; children, Corey (Stacey) and Eric (Heather); grandchildren, C.J., Samantha, Wyatt, and Bella; sisters, Judy and Jackie; and brother, Bill.

A private service will be held for immediate family on Friday, March 5th at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy. Burial will be at the MN State Veterans Cemetery, 4777 Highway 53 in Saginaw.
