Dale Elmer LaDean, 78, of Hermantown, passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2020 in his home, after a battle with cancer, with his family by his side.

Dale was born in Duluth on June 4, 1942 to Elmer and Clara LaDean. He grew up in Duluth and graduated from Denfeld. He served in the Army, and once home started working for Minnesota Power. He met his wife, Kathy, and they were married in 1970.  Dale enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Vern.

Dale is survived by his wife of 50 years, Kathy; children, Kyle (Ann) and Krista; and grandchildren, Karston and Katalina.

Due to Covid, a private family service to be held. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Park Cemetery.
