Constance "Connie" Jane Heise, of Duluth, passed away peacefully November 25, 2024 at the age of 96. She was born October 29, 1928 to Conrad and Pearl Robertson, sister to James and Donna.

Connie was born and raised in Duluth, MN and graduated from Central High School.

Connie's love for her family was evident, welcoming family and friends to her table for coffee, treats, and the evening cocktail. She loved making her signature graham cracker cakes, butterscotch, lemon bars for each of her children on special occasions, along with Connie's world class knitting, were cherished gifts for everyone.

Connie married Kenneth Holmgren, having 3 children, and later marrying Robert Heise, with whom she traveled the country enjoying life.

Connie is survived by her children, James (Nancy) Holmgren, Christine (Larry) Ceplair-Holmgren, and Jack (Lynn) Holmgren; 4 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

Visitation to be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, May 17th at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy, with Memorial Service at 11:00 AM and reception to follow.
