Claudia Ruth Laurin, 70, of Duluth MN, passed away on December 8, 2023 at Essentia Health St. Mary's Medical Center.

Claudia was born in Duluth to Betty and Vernon Laurin on December 24, 1952. She graduated from Central High School and worked as a technician at several dental labs. Claudia was a good artist and enjoyed drawing animals, especially cats.

Claudia was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sister, Roberta "Bobbie" (Gary) Simonson; brothers, Keith (Kathy) Laurin, Vern (Ginger) Laurin, and John (Sherri) Laurin; and her nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Peace of Mind for their excellent care; and to Shari, who was especially kind and helpful to Claudia.

There will be a private family graveside memorial for Claudia in the Spring. She was loved so much and will be missed.
