Charles "Noffee" Dunkel Noffsinger, 88, of Hermantown passed away on Oct. 5, 2020 in his home. He was born in July 31, 1932 in Superior, WI.

He worked for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad for 40 years. Charles enjoyed the outdoors, especially with a pole in the water or hunting for deer or pheasant. He loved spending time with family and traveling. In his later years, he could be found in the BINGO hall.

Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia; son, Charles Jr.; and daughter, Barbara.

Charles is survived by sons, Richard (Rosa) and Robert (Julie); 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and a very large extended family.

Public visitation to be held at 11 am on Friday, October 16th at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy, with private family service held prior.
