Carol loved company and conversation with family, friends and people in general.

Carol J. Freeman 77 of Duluth MN passed away on March 20,2024 at Inter-Faith Care Center. Carol was born in Duluth MN to Ross and Dorothy Peterson on July 20, 1946. She enjoyed painting ceramics, cooking, baking, exchanging recipes with others and planting flowers.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Ross and Dorothy Peterson; son, Scott Kiehl; first husband, Allen Kiehl; second husband, Charles Freeman; brother, Russell Peterson.

Carol is survived by her daughter, Christie (Jeff); grandsons, Bradley and Zachary; great-grandchildren, Kalum and Kinley; and bonus daughters, Dori, Marie, Kathy and Patty.

Funeral service will be held on March 28, 2024 at 12:00 at Sunrise Funeral Home.
