IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Brandon Jon
Erickson
June 7, 1980 – September 17, 2025
Brandon Jon Erickson, 45, passed away into God's arms on September 17, 2025, at his home in Duluth, MN.
Brandon was born June 7, 1980 at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, Minnesota to Tammy (Erickson) Hanzlik and Alex Angelos.
Brandon attended Hermantown High School, playing football for Hermantown Hawks. He then went on to receive his GED/Diploma from the Duluth Adult Learning (ALC) in 1999.
Brandon loved football, fishing, camping, bonfires, biking the trails, and being with his family - especially his children, Brandon and Courtney. He always made sure that they had time with Dad. Brandon loved animals and cats were always part of his family.
Brandon treasured the memory of attending a Minnesota Vikings game with his uncles at the Metrodome. His favorite Vikings quarterback was Teddy Bridgewater.
Brandon is a best friend to many - someone who accepted you unconditionally, helped you grow, supported you in tough times, and increased your ability to love yourself.
Brandon always helped a person in need. Everyone needs HOPE, HELP, and FRIENDS. This is what he taught his family and friends.
Don't grieve for me now. I am free. I am following the path God laid for me. I took his hand when I heard him call. I turned my back and left it all. Auntie Toni, Nephew Beauden, and Grandma Dorlene are with me now. May we all "Zoom, Zoom" together in eternity.
Brandon is survived by his parents, Tammy (Michael) Hanzlik; father, Alex James Angelos of Duluth; sister, Brooke (Kodey); children, Brandon Erickson and Courtney Erickson and their mother, Anne Bonneville of Duluth; nephew and niece, Breccen and Willow; special uncles, Tom Erickson and Todd Erickson; great-auntie, Karen (Delmar) Haskins; and many close cousins and special friends.
Brandon – We love you, love you lots…La,La, La, La,La.
