Brad Rodney Christofferson, 28, of Duluth, MN, passed away at his home on Friday, December 29, 2017. Brad was born in Duluth, MN to Lee Christofferson and Lynn Hall on January 30, 1989. He went to high school at Middlebury Union High School in Middlebury, VT and graduated in 2007. Brad enjoyed being with his family, being an uncle to his niece and nephew, snowboarding with his siblings, and spending time at their family cabin. Brad was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rod (Gail) Edwards and Joyce (Arthur) Christofferson. Brad is survived by his fiancé, Allissa Penney; parents, Lee (Paula) Christofferson and Lynn (John) Hall; sisters, Jill Christofferson and Michelle (Joe) Hauge; brother, Brian (Jen) Christofferson; niece, Kaylynn; nephew, Elliot; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Memorial service will be held 1pm on Wednesday, January 3rd at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Highway, Hermantown, MN 55811. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred. Memorials will be donated to the MN Adult & Teen Challenge - Northland Center for the mentoring program in Brad's memory to help those struggling with addiction.
