Billie Jean Koski, 65 of Proctor, passed away peacefully into the Lord's arms on November 4, 2014 at Solvay House. Billie was born to Glen and Barbara (Slosson) Chantelois September 28, 1949 in Duluth. Billie graduated from Proctor High School in 1967. She married Robert Koski February 13, 1970. She loved reading, camping, playing games and making puzzels. She loved her computer. She had a good sense of humor and was loved by many. She was preceded in death by her parents. Billie is survived by her loving husband Robert of Proctor, son Todd (Sue) Koski of Cloquet, four grandsons, Kody, Dustyn, Mike and D.J. (Rachael).
