Betty was a kind hearted, sweet spoken woman who selflessly gave to others. She made sure you knew you were loved, and was a beautiful blessing to all who knew her.  Betty, age 77, was called home on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, surrounded by her family.  Betty enjoyed designing puzzles for her friends and family, trivia, game shows, and was a voracious reader of historical and mystery novels. She especially loved to spend time with her grandchildren.  She has joined her parents, Berle & Helen Olson; and her husband, Lawrence, who met her at heaven's gates. She is survived by her sons, Randolph (Sherry), Kenneth (Karen), and Christopher; grandchildren, Erik, Kristen (Matt), Kara, Mary, Andrew, and Aaron; and great-grandchild, Lars. VISITATION: 2 pm Sunday, May 21st at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Highway, Hermantown, with a service to celebrate her life to follow at 3 pm.
