Barbara J. Noffsinger, 57, of Superior, died Friday January 11, 2013 in Golden Living Center.  She was born in Duluth on July 21, 1955 to Charles and Virginia Noffsinger Sr..  She graduated from Denfeld High School.  Barbara had worked at the Challenge Center in Superior.  She enjoyed doing Special Olympic events, and time spent at the Challenge Center.  Family wishes to Thank the staff at Golden Living for their kindness and devotion to Barb. She was preceded in death by her mother Virginia and a brother Charles Jr... She is survived by her father Charles Noffsinger Sr. of Hermantown, brothers Richard (Rosa) Noffsinger of Duluth, and Robert (Julie) Noffsinger of Cloquet, MN, daughters Elizabeth Morse and Pearl Shatto both of Duluth, son Terry Shatto, Jr., and grandchildren Jacob, Chloe, Sarah, and Austin, and many friends and extended family.
